You must be able 2 tell how each side in a single/multiple stories feels about the other if you can make a good 'villain' and a good 'hero'.
They're really just titles that film-makers and society use to depict, in their own way, who should be found as an ally and who should be found as an enemy in a story that publicly only bears one perspective, but truly bears 100's/1000's/etc. If your Axis of Evil game was real, I would try to buy it. Sure, it does bear relevance to other games, but I like the characters, and the fact that the player cud decide btween good and evil, I think.
But still, very good work here.

I've emailed babclayman about an idea of how your character, Diana, along with the Heartbreakers that babclayman added, (Jenny, Malinda, etc., {I don't recall the others}),{[link]} cud be used in a fight. As shown by bcm, (my acronym 4 babclayman), Malinda's dream is to rule the world due to being of royalty. U probably no this, but bcm set up Diana's dream as growing to large heights, (I think), and ruling the world with an iron paw. The idea is that Diana with her Heartbreakers take on Clayton, Kendra, Doc, and a few other good characters I've seen bcm draw, in a sort of dreamscape. As in, they all fight in a dream realm. What each of them hav dreamt of is real. Diana rules the world, but Clayton is huge, (& has the growth remote). Kendra has dragon wings, giving her the ability 2 fly. Malinda is of royalty, but under a rank of Diana's. Etc. I think that Malinda wud be of very good help in that scenario, if she has her book/recalls several spells/hexes/curses. {[link]}
P.S. 1 thing I find sumwat hard to tell is, "who makes Diana look meaner/tougher/more evil, you, or bcm?" Now, I know you made Diana, (bcm emailed me about it), and a lot of the images you've made give her a devilish grin/look. And you've added more 2 her team than bcm. However, u should check out this image of Malinda and Jenny: {[link]} It doesn't directly focus on Diana, but it shows 2 of her accomplices, (ones that bcm mentions), and a strategy they bear. Malinda uses her hexes/spells to increase Jenny's height and strength. Not to mention, it's not exactly the leader that makes the villain(s) evil/win. I've seen films where there's a male/female, (whose considered the villain) who leads a group of soldiers, (heck, it happened at the battle of Yorktown, {American Revolution}), and eventually, the leader will either chicken out, work alone, (not caring about the others on his/her team), or surrender, (that was Yorktown). I doubt Diana is one to chicken out or surrender. But, eventually, a villain can get desparate to where he/she doesn't care for his/her lackeys/accomplices, like Scar, or Professor Rattigan, ("The Great Mouse Detective").
